While I abhor making resolutions for a new year, I will be experimenting with the following ideas/concepts/actions:
1) Read more books, post less on Facebook.
2) Seek more face-to-face experiences, supplement as needed with phone calls and kind comments on social media.
3) Love imperfection more than seeking the impossible.
4) Walk more, talk less.
5) Live with essential stuff and give more time to what is essential.
6) Write more letters, harbor less discontent.
7) Cook more good food, eat less crappy stuff.
8) Apply the 3 Ms daily (meditation, music, musing) for more joy.
